The staff were very polite and professional. The beach is very beautiful. The hotel's food was of good quality. I enjoyed the meals. I found that the staff at the beach provided very helpful service.
The hotel rooms seemed old, and the TV looked damaged. The shower produced only lukewarm water. I sent messages via the app but did not receive answers. I found this frustrating.

outdated roomslimited options
I must say the rooms felt quite outdated. the tv was old with no youtube or netflix access. i think these features should be standard. the breakfast buffet was disappointing. compared to what i expected there were limited options. it seemed like a cost-cutting measure. I was not impressed.
