mixed experience with some significant issues

steep food prices average salami pizza

The food prices felt pretty steep. Seriously, 1000 pesos for an average salami pizza? the beach bar seemed perennially shut too. then there were the rooms. I could hear everything through the walls, just like i was sharing the space with my neighbors (no peace at all!). plus, the beach wasn't the best. I ended up heading to station 1 and 2 for a better vibe (so much for the resort's beachfront).

The staff were very polite and professional. The beach is very beautiful. The hotel's food was of good quality. I enjoyed the meals. I found that the staff at the beach provided very helpful service.

The hotel rooms seemed old, and the TV looked damaged. The shower produced only lukewarm water. I sent messages via the app but did not receive answers. I found this frustrating.

mixed feelings, outdated rooms

outdated rooms limited options

I must say the rooms felt quite outdated. the tv was old with no youtube or netflix access. i think these features should be standard. the breakfast buffet was disappointing. compared to what i expected there were limited options. it seemed like a cost-cutting measure. I was not impressed.
